Description
Silicone Water Rellent TPD-WR27E is a silane/siloxane emulsion. It is an excellent penetration waterproofing agent, when TPD-WR27E is coated on the surface of the substrate, it will penetrate into the substrate and does not block capillary. Hydrophobic film can be formed by the reaction of reactive groups, and combined with hydroxyl groups in the substrate to form a Si-R siloxane chain. It will fill the micro pores, improve the strength of the substrate. After the construction, it can reach high water resistance ability.
Features

How to use
When used for surface waterproofing treatment, dilute TPD-WR27E emulsion to 2% -5%(active content), added 8-20 fold water to TPD-WR27E and mix them uniformly before use. Brush or spray the substrate, make substrate fully wet. After the construction, substrate need 7 days protection ensure to silicone resin fully cured.
Note:
1. TPD-WR27E is suitable for the use at the temperature between 4-40℃.
2. The dilution should be used within 6 months.
Packing
N.W.50KG or N.W.180KG Plastic drums or other packing according to clients’ request.
Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-hazardous chemicals.
2. After first opening the product, be sure to seal tightly and store in a cool dark place.
3. The product should be stored at temperatures between 4~40°C.
4. High temperature and freezing should be avoided during transportation and storage.
Shelf Life
12 months.
