Description
TPD-WR29E is an octyl silane emulsion waterproofing agent manufactured by special process with high efficiency emulsifier. Silane has the characteristics of strong permeability and strong waterproof performance, but solvent based silane is not very environmentally friendly. The silane emulsion prepared by special process can achieve better results, and is easy to use and environmental friendly. TPD-WR29E can effectively protect the porous mineral substrates such as concrete and greatly improve the life of construction projects.

How to use
1. When used as concrete waterproofing additive
1). Weigh cement and other materials and mix them evenly by mechanical grinding.
2). Weigh the waterproofing agent according to 1.0-2.0% of the cement weight, add it into the water, and the water volume is 35-40% of the cement material, and mix it well.
3). Under mechanical mixing, add water containing waterproof agent into cement mixture and mix it fully with machinery.
4). The construction can be leveled by streamer method or by scraper.
5). The waterproofing agent should be used up within 3 hours after being diluted with water and mixed. Otherwise, the waterproofing agent is too alkaline and the protective agent is crosslinked too early, which will affect the waterproof effect. At the same time, water reducing agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose 0.2) and water retaining agent should be added to the concrete.
6). The concret should be protected from rain and sun exposure within the first day of cement solidication(or at lest 8 hours).
7). The best waterproof effect can be acheived after 7 days of natural curing.
2. When used for surface waterproofing treatment
1). Before coating or spraying, the surface of the treated substrates should be cleaned of dust, floating ash, slag and other contaminant.
2). Before treatment, the surface of the substrates to be treated should be dried, so as to facilitate the infiltration of the effective ingredients of the product.
3). Mix the waterproof agent 8~20 times with water, spray it or apply it on the surface of the substrates with a brush or sponge brush after mixing it evenly. Generally, the coating should be done once in a crisscross manner without omission. Generally speaking, the waterproof effect can be satisfied after one time. Depending on the density and waterproof requirements of the substrates, the brush coating can be added after the first drying.
4). This product should be prepared according to the construction demand and used right away. The diluted solution should not be stored for a long time. If the diluted waterproofing agent is not used up at that time, the cover should be tightly sealed and stored, and it should be used up within 6 months. The effective ingredients of this product can penetrate into the surface of the substrates to a certain depth to play a waterproof role. This product does not play a waterproof role for obvious cracks. Cracks should be filled first and then start the waterproof construction.
5). This product is suitable for construction at 4℃ ~ 40 ℃. The low temperature film forming is very slow, and at the high temperature the solution evaporates too fast, which will affect the absorption capacity. It should not be washed by rain within 24 hours after construction. Generally, it is hydrophobic structure when outdoor operation is carried out for 4 hours in summer and 10 hours in winter. Waterproofing test can be done after 48 hours, and the best waterproof effect can be obtained after 7 days of natural curing.

Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-hazardous chemicals.
2. After first opening the product, be sure to seal tightly and store in a cool dark place.
3. The product should be stored at temperatures between 4~40°C.
4. High temperature and freezing should be avoided during transportation and storage.
Shelf Life
12 months.
