TPD-601 is a ultrahigh haze silicone LED light diffusing agent, which is mainly used as a light diffusing agent in transparent plastic materials such as PC, PMMA and PS to provide excellent light diffusing performance, with good balance of impact strength, haze and transmittance, especially prominent heat resistance, stable color quality, no yellowing and no black spots. The shape of microspheres is regular and the particle size distribution is narrow, it is especially suitable and have been widely used in high-end LED lampshade, lamp tube, lamp box, liquid crystal display light diffusion plate and other fields.

Applications
Widely used as additives in PC, PMMA, PS transparent plastic materials, high-end LED lampshade, lamp, lamp box, liquid crystal displan light plate. And also applied in rubber, cosmetics, coatings & inks and other indutries.
Recommended dosage level: 0.5-2.0%.
- Light diffusion plate/film
The combination with PC \ PMMS \ PS \ PP and other resins gives it excellent light diffusivity. It can also be added to the spraying agent to give the film light diffusivity.
- Packaging Film
It can be used to prevent adhesion, improve surface smoothness, keep good heat resistannce and maintian transparency of plastic film(PP \ PE \ PET). It has excellent temperature and yellowing resistance and high durability.
- Cosmetics
It can give the cosmetics, such as foundation make-up, skin care products a better silky feel and effectively avoid losing makeup.
- Coating & ink
It can improve the surface smoothness and matte sense, surface hydrophbicity, can make the surface of the product has excellent touch. It is suitable for coatings and ink additives with heat resistance and solvent resistance, and can be used to make scratch resistant coatings for high-grade wood lacquers.
- Rubber
It can improve the friction resistance/scratch resistance of rubber, improve the smoothness of rubber surface and provide smooth hand feel.
- Synthetic resin
It can give the synthetic resin wear resistance and electrical properties, provide transparent film with smooth surface and anti adhesion, increase internal lubrication to improve extrusion efficiency and yield, give the product a special smooth feel on the surface.
- Others
It can be used as dispersant and anti-caking agent for pigment and ceramics industry.
It can be used as a thixotropic agent in grease.
It can improve the processability of various cleaners and waxes.
