This product is a new self-emulsifying fabric finishing agent with good slippery and fluffy effects.

- Suitable for jet and overflow dyeing.
- Adding it to amino silicone oil emulsion can improve the stability of the emulsion.
- Good compatibility and can be used in the same bath with anti-wrinkle (durable pressing) resin and its catalysts, whitening agents, or cationic additives.
- Low yellowing, suitable for white or light-colored fabrics.

Application
It is suitable for handle finishing of most fibers and fabrics, greatly improving the slippage and fluffy degree of fibers, especially for synthetic fibers and protein fibers.
How to use
TPD-5210 is a ready-to-use silicone emulsion with a high solid content. It is suggested to be diluted before using.
Recommended process and dosage
1. Dip-rolling process: 3-15g/L, 165℃ setting and drying.
2. Impregnation process: dosage 0.3-1.5%, bath ratio 1:10-1:15,
○1 Impregnation with 15-30 min at room temperature, ○2 dehydrated and ○3 dried at 165℃.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
Packing
N.W.150KG hard plastic barrel or 750KG IBC Tote.
Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous chemicals.
2. Require sealed and airproof packing.
3. Should be stored in a shady cool, ventilated warehouse.
4. Keep away from fire, heat source, direct sunlight and rain.
5. Avoid from oxidant, acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities.
Shelf Life
6 months.
